Choose a deployment

Abada ships as a self-contained Compose release bundle. PostgreSQL is the source of truth in every supported platform profile. Engine, Studio, the Agent Worker and (optionally) the Insight Engine all run from the same bundle — see the quickstart.

Development

PostgreSQL, Engine, Studio, the Agent Worker, local Keycloak and HTTP routing. Safe defaults are included; no local certificate tool is required.

Production

Versioned images, PostgreSQL, Studio and Traefik TLS. You supply an externally managed OIDC provider, public DNS and secrets. Agent workers and the Insight Engine are operator-managed and opt-in.

Server

One public VM with TLS for a single domain, a bundled production-mode Keycloak and the Agent Worker. Secrets are generated for you. Suited to evaluations and public demos.

Telemetry

Disabled by default. Add the bundled overlay, or configure an external OTLP collector without changing the core deployment.

Not certified platform profiles

H2, the old docker-compose*.yml files, bundled Keycloak in the production profile and an embedded Java engine are not supported deployment contracts. The server profile bundles Keycloak for a single host only.
